Bryanne Eyma
Hi, I’m Bryanne — the creator of Flè Wouj Virtual Assistance & Writing Services, and a trained Kundalini Yoga practitioner. For many years, I worked as an assistant to essential professionals across various holistic industries related to education, health, wellness, and family welfare.
During my time supporting individuals such as doulas, Montessori teachers, heads of households, and herbalists, I witnessed the many hats they wore and their deep devotion to the work they do. From the outside looking in, it was clear that these individuals were made for their calling. Yet, there was an aspect of their work that often went unnoticed by the majority.
As their assistant — positioned to support them where it mattered most — I began to clearly see the nervous system dysregulation caused by unsustainable habits, which, when left unaddressed, can become detrimental to their health. Our unconventional healers, educators, wellness practitioners, and others need support.
Having had these experiences, I’ve come to deeply understand how our individual well-being impacts us all on a macroscopic level. From a space of inspiration and creativity, I merged my passion for living while alive with years of experience as an assistant and created a transformative space to help holistic professionals truly thrive.
Kundalini Yoga
There are truths or laws to life that have been intentionally tainted, broadcasted through propaganda, and manipulated through religious doctrine to be portrayed as something “evil.” The reasons why this happens can lead us down a rabbit hole of different conversations, so I won’t go too deep into it here.
Nonetheless, as human beings, we have a natural, daily, and constant interaction with everything and everyone around us—at a level that goes beyond what we can perceive with our five senses (sight, touch, taste, hearing, and smell). For some individuals, if something can’t be explained through these senses, our unseen—or spiritual—interactions often fall into one of three categories: it’s of God (relative to one’s religion), it’s evil, or it simply doesn’t exist at all.
The explanation we each give to this aspect of existence differs from person to person, and our unique explanation is also known as our belief system. Similar to a computer, our belief system is programmed into us—first through our mother’s environment while we’re in utero, and then further refined throughout our formative years from birth to the onset of puberty. This programming happens completely outside of our control, yet it impacts every aspect of our lives.
The perceptions we inherit about how the world works are set, stored, and ran on autopilot by the power of the subconscious mind. All day, every day (except while we sleep), information is constantly being stored in this mental memory bank. Sciences such as Kundalini Yoga recognize that this automated system within us requires daily maintenance and reorganization.
Kundalini Yoga is referred to as a science because of its intentional use of sound vibrations, specific sets of postures (known as kriyas), and rhythmic breathing techniques designed to penetrate and break up subconscious patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that don’t support our ability to live healthy, fulfilling lives—especially in areas such as finances, nutrition, relationships, and self-perception.
